Alykhan Sunderji has over a decade of experience advising businesses large and small.  He is the principal attorney and founder of Sunder Legal.

Prior to founding Sunder Legal, Alykhan led the legal team for Amazon Fashion, the largest apparel retailer in the United States.  Before fashion, Alykhan led the legal team for Amazon Canada, the largest e-commerce retailer in Canada.

Alykhan started his legal career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York City, where he practiced Mergers & Acquisitions.  During this time, Alykhan worked closely with the investment teams at Apollo Global Management.

Alykhan obtained his law degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where he was the president of the school’s student government. Alykhan earned a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Montreal and later earned a Master in Industrial Relations from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

Alykhan hails from Vancouver, Canada, where he started his career stocking shelves for his mom, who is a successful, serial entrepreneur to this day. He has worked in his family’s many businesses, from hospitality to agriculture.  He understands business from the ground up.

Matthew Glick is a seasoned transaction and technology lawyer.

Matthew started his legal career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City where he practiced  corporate law.  He earned his “in-house” chops as general counsel of Fashion GPS (now LaunchMetrics), which led to a career working with startups on complex commercial transactions.

Matthew hails from Vancouver, Canada.  He attended the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law where he earned his juris doctor, and earned degree in Communications at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.

Matthew is passionate about New York’s tech scene and frequently attends industry-related events to learn more about the newest technologies, companies, and developments in the industry.
