Matthew Glick is a seasoned transaction and technology lawyer.
Matthew started his legal career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City where he practiced corporate law. He earned his “in-house” chops as general counsel of Fashion GPS (now LaunchMetrics), which led to a career working with startups on complex commercial transactions.
Matthew hails from Vancouver, Canada. He attended the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law where he earned his juris doctor, and earned a degree in Communications at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.
Matthew is passionate about New York’s tech scene and frequently attends industry-related events to learn more about the newest technologies, companies, and developments in the industry.
