Liza “Ace” Quail advises clients on high-stakes corporate transactions, including venture capital financing, mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings. With a robust background in corporate law, she has worked at leading Toronto law firms, honing her expertise in complex deal structures.
Liza hails from Toronto, Canada. Liza earned her law degree from the University of Windsor, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the law school newspaper. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia in literature.
Liza is passionate about literature, travel, and her pet dog, and sometimes tries to combine all of them into the same activity.
